Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Salmiya. The Executive Secretary
will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing communication,
performing company secretarial work, providing executive administrative
assistance, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Clerical Skills: data entry, record keeping, and scheduling
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
Company Secretarial Work: experience with minutes of meetings and email
correspondence
Executive Administrative Assistance: experience supporting executives,
maintaining files and organizing documents
Customer Service: experience in the customer service industry, handling
customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
HR administrative background or experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
For Kuwait local applicants with valid transferable residency
