Urgently required for a major company in Kuwait Shipping Coordinator
(recruitment from inside Kuwait)
We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for
contacting couriers to
provide them with shipping information. The shipping coordinator is also
responsible for negotiating
courier fees on behalf of clients and tracking shipments.. The Shipping
Coordinator will be responsible
for organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The
coordinator will coordinate the
shipment of products and manage all shipping and receiving documentation
necessary for local and
international shipments. The Coordinator will provide excellent customer
service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
Prepare shipping quotes for customers.
Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
Prepare sales reports for senior management.
Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
Shipping Coordinator Requirements &Qualifications;.
A degree in business management, logistics or another relevant field.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control.
Experience with handling Export procedures, if needed.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience within similar role is a plus.

Salary: KD350.‎000 - KD400.‎000 per month

التفاوض على رسوم الشحن مع السعاة.
إعداد تقارير المبيعات للإدارة العليا.
احتفظ بسجل دقيق لمعلومات الشحنة.
متطلبات ومؤهلات منسق الشحن.
شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت.
القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة.
مهارات قوية في الشحن والاستلام ومراقبة المخزون.
خبرة في التعامل مع إجراءات التصدير، إذا لزم الأمر.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
الخبرة في دور مماثل تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
الاستقدام من داخل الكويت فقط
