The responsibilities of the CRM Agent include but are not limited to:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their particular inquiries.
Initiate inbound calls and interact with customers / potential customers to
raise their interest in the services and products offered by the company.
Identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key features of products
effectively to acquire new businesses.
Conduct all telephone and face to face activities such as sales and after
sales surveys, Feedback survey, etc.
Offer a high level of customer service.
Update Kerridge system with customer / potential customer’s information and
status.
Regularly provide feedback on the customer service department policies and
procedures.
Arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures, etc. to
clients and other interested parties.
Make sure all paper work is completed fully whenever it is required.
