Our Company that specializes in providing high-quality equipment, spare parts,
and office furniture solutions to our diverse clientele. With a commitment to
excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly
motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
Position Summary:
As the Business Development Manager for Equipment, Spare Parts, and Office
Furniture, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing
strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. Your role will
involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client
relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends,
opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the equipment, spare
parts, and office furniture sector.
Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development
strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients, while actively seeking new business opportunities and
partnerships.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitor performance
metrics, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and
competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations,
and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as
marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business
strategies.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and
improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related
field.
Proven track record of successful business development in the equipment, spare
parts, or office furniture industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
