Educational Background:
A bachelor''s or master''s degree in business administration, information
technology, or a related field.
Candidate must be in Kuwait with Valid Transferable Residence
Salary : as per market (depends on Experience and Skill sets)
Relevant Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or software
industry.
Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management.
Leadership and Management Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
effectively.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with different
departments.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective
solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in day-to-
day operations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and
external stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and
project management methodologies.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the software
