Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,
0networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer & Servers systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up user accounts & email for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Follow up with staff to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Provide? training to new staff
Required skills and qualifications:
• Five or more years of experience in the IT & Medical sector will be an 0 0
0advantage.
• Deep knowledge of information technology and operating systems
0current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and
recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Strong creative and analytical thinking
