Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business
opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective
communication and exceptional customer service.
· Understand clients' decoration needs and offer tailored solutions that meet
their expectations.
· Present and demonstrate our range of decoration products and services to
prospective clients.
· Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to clients.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless
execution of client projects.
· Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
· Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and transactions in
our CRM system.
· Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of interior decoration and design is a plus.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· تقديم عروض أسعار دقيقة وتنافسية للعملاء.
· التفاوض وإغلاق صفقات المبيعات، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها.
· التعاون مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج لضمان التنفيذ السلس لمشاريع العميل.
· حافظ على تحديث اتجاهات الصناعة والمنافسين للبقاء في المقدمة في السوق.
· الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة لتفاعلات العملاء والمبيعات والمعاملات في نظام إدارة
علاقات العملاء لدينا.
· حضور أحداث الصناعة والمعارض التجارية للتواصل وجذب العملاء المحتملين.
مؤهلات:
· خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، مع سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها.
· تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين.
· مهارات العرض والتفاوض ممتازة.
· المعرفة بالديكور الداخلي والتصميم ميزة إضافية.
· لديهم دوافع ذاتية وموجهة نحو النتائج مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
· الإلمام ببرنامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
