About the job
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human
Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR team, developing
policies and procedures, employee relations, recruiting, training,
compensation, and benefits.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures
Experience in recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Kuwait
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum ‎5 years of experience in HR management
Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plu
