Administrative Secretary
Job Description
Looking to hire Administrative Assistant
· Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on
appointments and deliveries
· Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
· Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
· Reports to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager
· Working with Stock Controller for Inventory purposes
· Issue/release items from the warehouse based on the approved Material
Request.
· Maintain and keep Stocks Inventory accurate.
· Provides reports of Expiry items, stocks based on the computed MIN-MAX
· Receives and inspects deliveries for both local and international suppliers.
· Can understand and speak English
SkillsClerk Qualifications:Clerk Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Office Adminstrative responsibilities
· Should be at least ‎25 - ‎40
· Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
· Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively
· Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
· Ability to prepare reports and process office tasks
