Admin Executive
Job Description
Prepare, maintain and organize physical as well as electronic employee
records, files, company official documents accurately and maintain
confidentiality.
Prepare and circulate various official letters, memos, Notice etc.
Maintain, track and assist Admin Manager in employee visa renewal process, new
visa processing, Company Licenses renewal and Government documents.
Prepare and track employee daily attendance - Office and Site.
Process monthly salary, wages and overtime as per daily attendance and submit
to Accounts department.
Process employee leave salary and indemnities.
Process Employee Exit formalities.
Assist in all other admin activities.
Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in other admin
secretarial position
Strong Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Good Interpersonnel skill
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
Proficiency in English and Arabic (Spoken as well as Written)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate with various departments.
