Responsibilities
SkyTab POS is designed to transform a restaurant’s operations from front-of-
house to back-of-house and everything in between.
SkyTab POS is purpose-built for the rigors of the modern restaurant operation
and optimized to deliver an exceptional customer experience with the latest
ordering and payment technology.
We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to drive the development of
outstanding system capabilities and merchant experiences.
Partnering with Design, Development, and Internal Stakeholders you will help
define the vision for creating best-in-class capabilities and execute a plan
for bringing that vision to life.
The ideal candidate for this position is obsessed with delivering an
exceptional merchant experience and excited to innovate and disrupt the
hospitality technology landscape.
Position responsibilities will include:
Work with business, design and development stakeholders to define product
enhancement priorities to continually advance capabilities and market
differentiation
Lead the Product roadmap definition and execution to capture key
opportunities, fill competitive gaps, and address merchant needs, and develop
product roadmaps to solutions to advance the product
Work across the organization as a hospitality technology industry expert with
focus on benchmarking the global competitive landscape and maintaining
competitive gap analysis
Serve as internal and external product evangelist with the ability to build
consensus with executives, colleagues, and third parties
Define and track product KPIs to measure & understand success and discover
opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with development teams to design sprints, deliverables,
MVP criteria, and success metrics
Collaborate with product leadership peers to define and enable comprehensive
approaches to drive product innovation beyond incremental feature advancement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: ‎6+ years of product management responsibilities at scaled, modern
technology companies
Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality technology industry,
payment types & methods, and modern technology stacks
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of product managers and UX
professionals toward the achievement of defined objectives and goals
Grit: Demonstrate a whatever-it-takes attitude to ensure that your product and
team are successful
Collaboration: Track record of delivering results across cross-functional
teams with the ability to lead by influence
Entrepreneurial Mindset: “Fire starter” mentality with the ability to deliver
from ideation to launched product
Hustle: Ability to operate effectively is a fast-paced and dynamic environment
