Investment Analyst
Openings for the following positions:
SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST
The requirements are as below;
Male / Female
Any Nationality
Should have minimum 5-7 years experience as Investment Analyst (Real Estate,
Private Equity, Venture Capital, Mergers & Acqusiitions etc.) in Kuwait
Salary – As per market standards.
Below is a list of areas that the candidate should be well versed with;
• Should be well versed in business valuations for private and listed
equities, and intangibles valuations using multiple valuation methodologies.
The valuations that would be possibly conducted for mergers, acquisitions,
capital increase, private placement, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
• Prepare detailed financial models for the purpose of analysing income
statement, balance sheet and cash flow items.
• Should be able to conduct several reviews of comprehensive financial models
for clients looking to assess technical and financial risks and feasibility
relating to PPP and other associated projects.
• Should be able to perform comprehensive buy side and sell side due diligence
activities.
• Detailed review and reporting after analysis of private placement
memorandums, information memorandums and teasers documents.
• Perform primary and preliminary research on the projects and potential
deals.
• Undertake in-depth research on real estate market trends and forecasting,
with cyclic and non-cyclic movement in the real estate markets.
• Feasibility studies for business and investment opportunities in various
economies.
• Competition Analysis- monitoring competitor stocks, project developments and
their pricing strategy
• Ensuring issuance of internal research reports and publications.
• Assist with preparing presentations; demonstrate research topics and
capabilities and how they can be used and leveraged for new business
development
• Generate weekly and quarterly reports.
• Seek opportunities to provide research as a value-add to projects.
