Telesales Officer

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our
comprehensive range of banking products and services.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various banking
solutions, including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment
options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate and
timely information, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable
financial products to meet their individual requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by
the bank.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as
industry trends, to engage in informed conversations with customers.
Document and update customer interactions and relevant information in the
bank's CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience and the successful onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to
banking services to ensure ethical and responsible selling practices.
المهارات
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales roles within the
banking or financial services sector.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to articulate complex information in
a clear and concise manner.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving and
surpassing sales targets.
Familiarity with banking products, financial terminology, and industry
regulations.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
over the phone.
