As an Assistant Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our
innovative features and making waves in the hyperlocal universe!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute growth strategies
that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Conduct data analysis, user research, and market research to identify growth
opportunities and develop data-driven product enhancement strategies.
Assist in developing and maintaining a robust growth roadmap, including
experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations to drive key performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and
engineering, to implement growth initiatives and track their impact.
Utilize analytical tools such as Amplitude, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar to
monitor user behavior and growth loops and measure the effectiveness of growth
efforts.
Collaborate with the design team using tools like Figma and Miro to create
growth-driven experiments, landing pages, and conversion optimization
strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging growth tactics, and best practices
in the hyperlocal app space to improve our growth strategies continuously.
Qualifications:
Possess a cosmic Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science, or a related field – we believe in interstellar education!
Have previous experience as a Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager,
Growth Manager, or in a similar role within the tech universe.
Rock strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to decode data
into actionable insights will make you a superstar among the galaxies.
Communicate like an alien diplomat! Excellent interpersonal skills and the
ability to collaborate with our diverse team of star travelers are essential.
Be a fan of Agile development methodologies and have experience working in an
Agile environment. We like to move at warp speed!
Embrace your inner cosmic creature by showing familiarity with hyperlocal
apps, e-commerce, or the on-demand service industry – previous experience in
the stellar realm is a plus!
Master the art of project management and collaboration using tools like
Notion. Organization and creativity are key to balancing the cosmic forces.
Unleash your design superpowers with tools like Figma and Miro. Your creations
will inspire users to believe in the magic of our app!
Blast off with knowledge of analytical tools such as Amplitude, CleverTap,
