About the job
** The candidate must be bilingual, with fluency in English Language.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other
office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls,
distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also
possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office
visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Product Manager
Requirements
3+ years of experience leading agile projects as a product owner and/or
product manager
Experience with building consumer quality products, enabling business
capability and objectives through technology
Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices
Proficient with storyboards, creating wireframes, ‘grooming’ product backlogs,
writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent project management skills that can plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team
& surface hidden risks 2-3 levels deep
Experience working with design teams to deliver top user experience (UX) and
user interface (UI)
Distinctive at organizing, prioritizing, and aligning with business and IT
stakeholders to ensure highest value capture
Strong product instinct to build great product
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and ability
to find common language with business customers and developers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
