Customer Service Representative
Role:
Attend to customers by physically standing next to each Kiosk Machine to give
full support to them who will make any transaction.
Responsibilities
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Responding to customer inquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems
Requirements
