We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to
coordinate our team of marketing specialists. The successful candidate will be
responsible for owning, creating, and supervising the organization's digital
marketing strategy, driving sales, business development growth, and managing
day-to-day client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web
optimization, SEO/SEM, CRO, email marketing, social media, and display
advertising.
Supervising and motivating the digital marketing team, delegating tasks, and
fostering a spirit of innovation and creativity.
Supervising the implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns,
comparing to goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifying trends and insights and optimizing the use of budget and
performance based on these insights.
Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Collaborating with clients and other vendor partners, adhering to the
organization's customer service standards.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in English.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising
position.
Demonstrable experience leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from
conception to execution.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media, or display advertising campaigns.
Solid experience with SEO and website analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics).
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Exceptional creativity and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid leadership and coaching skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Ability to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Ability to quickly learn new industries, clients, and procedures.
Ability to demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks.
A strong sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on
the company's success.
