Guest Relations Officer
About the job
· Greet all incoming customers and direct them to the relevant section/
department.
· Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, taking notes
if required and forward calls to appropriate staff or department.
· Ensure the front desk and reception area is kept clean and tidy at all
times.
· Raising any visible threats / safety concerns with supervisor / security
immediately.
· Take accurate minutes of meetings.
· Take and deliver written messages when appropriate staff is unavailable
· Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
· Perform other clerical duties, photocopying and collating.
· Follow up with customer inquiries and advise them on memberships / programs
offered.
· Follow up with customer invoices and payments.
· Update registration and enrollments lists daily.
· Create daily inquiries and sales reports to share with departments.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Certified in hospitality or culinary arts
Must be able to communicate in both English and Arabic
