Customer Service Representative

Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools.
Adhere to strict deadlines for solving project-related issues and provide
appropriate suggestions for achieving the desired results.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be
informed of any changes in company policies.
Identify practical challenges in a project to rectify the issues for final
delivery.
المهارات
Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Preferred nationality: Arabic speakers
Good in English communication.
