Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic call center employee to
join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering
incoming calls from customers, providing information, and resolving any issues
or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
Accurately documenting customer information and feedback
Working with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate to
management as needed
Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
Participating in ongoing training and development programs
also to handle Instagram account
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with
ease
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in basic computer skills and software programs
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
