What You will do
* Contribute to the development of ideas for creative marketing campaigns across the flavour 's portfolio.
* Support in internal and external marketing content, demonstrating expertise in content creation and optimization, digital content & communications, shopper communication.
* Proactively provides innovative content ideas and opportunities to the marketing teams.
* Brief and liaise with the shopper and content agencies on messaging, project manage timing with the agency + internal team to ensure marketing project objectives are met and campaigns launched on time.
* Provide guidelines and adherence to the creative strategy among internal teams and external agency partners; identify opportunities to bring consumer research and data into the process; help develop measurement plans to evaluate and optimize campaigns; foster a culture of collaboration that continually challenges and builds the brand team's collective thinking.
* Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate global/regional direction to the African Operating Unit (where applicable) and to ensure that the strategy is relevant to consumers, positions the brand for future growth and can ultimately inspire differentiated marketing communications.
Role Requirement
* Bachelor 's degree required.
* minimum 5 years of experience working in a marketing and communication; with core experience in creative: ATL Content, shopper content and digital content.
* Ability to spark, evaluate, measure, and optimize creative ideas that comprise a brand's annual marketing efforts in a way that delivers business growth and consumer value.
* Experience across multiple African markets
* Ability to Communicate with both internal and external parties.
