What will you do
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing collaborative customer
relationships to facilitate business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provides leadership, plans and manages all capital projects being implemented within local Make organization regarding budgeting, time schedule and CAPEX spending following standards defined by user requirements in the light of quality and EHS guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Deploy engineering related global initiatives and programs, leveraging the knowledge and experience of Global technical organization to the local level.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide technical support to NPI projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead continual improvement projects by deployment of Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing Techniques within production area.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage in house and contracted activities of housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, catering, and facilities maintenance in order to ensure availability, reliability and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan, coordinate and supervise planned preventive maintenance activities, ensure efficient operation of machines and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complicated technical malfunctions and breakdowns

  
  


• 
  

  Lead Root Cause Problem Solving teams using techniques like Fish bone, ‎5 why, 5W & 2H, Pareto analysis …etc to resolve chronic issues

  
  


• 
  

  Facilitate the Site Master Planning process and leads the various options to deliver the site long term goal and make recommendation to leadership team

  
  


• 
  

  Manage spare parts procurement of equipment and machines of Utilities and production lines

  
  


• 
  

  Handle Non conformity cases, Investigations and CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Action) related to technical issues in machines, utilities and facility.

  
  


• 
  

  Facilitate process validation activities by developing and conducting qualification protocols of production and facilities machines and equipment as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Support / Lead as needed change control teams for any modification relevant to facility, utilities or production machines and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead IOSS (Integrated Ownership Safety System) in the site by establishing targets and KPIs and leading governance meeting for various programs team leaders.

  
  


• 
  

  Appraise, assess department staff, define skills and competence gaps and plan for needed training

  
  


• 
  

  External Supplier and contractor management

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the deployment of all Quality and SHE guidelines and local regulations within all Engineering and project activities in the facility

  
  

Qualifications

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* Required Minimum Education: Bachelor in Engineering, Science or related technical field from accredited University
* Other: Advanced Degree (Masters) in Engineering or MBA is preferred
* Minimum ‎6 - ‎7 years of relevant business experience / of supervisory / people management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and development
* Prior experience managing a site capital portfolio
* Prior experience managing a cost center
* Experience in conceptual development, design and implementation, planning and scheduling and project management of capital projects ranging in value from 100K and 300K USD
* Understanding and knowledge of Reliability maintenance, TPM, and Predictive maintenance tools and techniques
* Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a matrix management environment through effective communication, collaboration and influence
* Engineering and / or Maintenance experience in an operational environment within cGMP.
* Proficient in English language - writing, speaking and understanding
Desired Qualifications
* Proficiency in applications software, particularly CMMS systems, with MAXIMO knowledge
* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, lean manufacturing and six-sigma
* Strong communication skills and change management
* Experience working effectively in a regional or global setting and / or Cross-Sector, Cross Country experience
* Demonstrated experience of interacting with site, Enterprise or external agency regulatory audits and inspections
* Add certifications;
* Professional Engineering Registration
* JJSC Academy Manufacturing Asset Management Certified (MAMC), or Certified Maintenance and Reliability professional (CMRP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Certification
