Responsibilities
Set daily & weekly raw & pack material plans and develop delivery schedules
of raw and packaging materials.
Set balanced need of material requirement with production plan in order to
fulfill both export & local market demand to achieve sales AOP targets.
Compare daily material's opening stock versus the requirements according to
the production plan to develop the material plans based on AOP then share it
with sourcing team.
Review & govern RM stocks in partnership with manufacturing team, sales
forecast figures and FG stocks.
Issue purchase orders and create new items on SAP.
Create return PO's & review PO's status monthly and update it till close the
redundant ones.
Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
Send delivery schedules to suppliers & RMWH team and following up on suppliers
to delivery schedules of storage capacity.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree / engineering is a preferred
Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
2 years' experience SC preferably in Planning.
Ability to deal with diverse backgrounds.
Strong Analytical / Thinking skills to be able to identify opportunities.
Good understanding of basic financial analysis.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Strong Inter-personal Skills.
Clearly demonstrate stock management skills ( FIFO, Stock cycle count, slow
moving items, …)
Demonstrate credible relations with all internal and external client
Supplier development experience
