Job Purpose:
As an MRP Controller you will work in Supply and Inventory Management of all
Raw & Packaging Materials based on sales demand / production plan.

Principal Accountabilities:
* Creating Purchase order based on the requirements
* Follow up with supplier
* Plant to plant internal transfer to avoid production discrepancies.
* Packaging Material Supply and Management (Local & Import)
* Material Requirement Planning based on the production forecast.
* Inventory management by effective planning and putting all the necessary controls.
* Improvement in supply management to help cash flow and manage warehouse space.
* Monitor Days in inventory (DII)
* Coordinate closely with production department on production planning to avoid stock outs and loss of sales thereof.
* Development of packaging material for new product as well as for launch of sales promotion.
* Provide inventory report from time to time highlighting slow or non-moving inventory items.
* Reports on promotional packaging status to work on phasing out printed PM & avoid obsolescence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge / Skill:
* BA/BS required, in the area of Supply Chain or related quantitative discipline.
* Fundamental knowledge of the Supply Chain management including supply planning, forecasting models, inventory management, manufacturing, and distribution
* Good Knowledge in SAP
* Good knowledge about raw & packaging material.
* Proficiency level in MS-office with strength in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and project manager.
• Good knowledge about raw & packaging material. • Understanding of quality
control standards and techniques

Experience:
* Minimum ‎2 years in related role.
* CSCP / CPIM certified is highly preferred.
