Your Mission
You would be part of the Engineering Excellence Centre (EEC) organization; a
global group in charge of executing projects within Schneider Electric. Within
EEC, you would be exposed to Schneider Electric's state-of-the-art solutions
and platforms, and you would get a chance to participate in projects from all
over the globe with a special focus on sustainability, efficiency, and
digitization.
Scrum Master - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
We are looking to hire an experienced Scrum Master to be part of our Software
Development team.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
* Coach Team Members with Scrum Practices and Principles.
* Host Daily Stand-up Meetings.
* Teach Scrum Practices and Principles.
* Lead sprint planning meetings.
* Conduct "retrospective" reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint.
* Keep a pulse on team members, through individual meetings or other means of communication.
* Keep all Parties on Track and Informed.
* Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders.
Scrum Master Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master.
* Hands-on experience in Scrum & Kanban methodologies
* Ability to train and present demos for all teams about Agile.
* Solid understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize, plan and resolve conflicts and escalations based on the project requirements.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent ability to track multiple development efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Facilitate and build team consensus.
* Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and maintain a positive attitude.
