About this opportunity!
The performance monitoring manager responsible for E2E performance assurance
of the RAN and Core [multi-vendor] domains, making sure any network
performance issues across all domains to be escalated and handled as per
agreed SLA within MS contract, Service Delivery & Line Management for the
team.

What you will do

* Overall responsible for the delivery of First Level Assurance for technical domain
* Ensure that customer 's KPI/SLAs are met.
* Coordinating and following up with Shift Members, Support the shift engineers especially during critical downtimes.
* Supporting escalations during critical outages.
* Handle management escalation routines within own organization
* Develop/analyze and report on status of agreed operational performance indicators
* Effectively interface with customer to resolve any conflicts or blocking issues.
* Team process identification, modifications & implementation tracking.
* Evaluates and make pro-active recommendations for actions to improve processes as well as other services to provide efficiency in delivery of services.
* Directs coordination efforts with Back Office, Field Maintenance, Customer Service and other Teams regarding network concerns.
* Ensuring to follow the defined procedures in EPM.
* Supporting and implementing uniform organizational processes.
* Assist Management in managing crisis during incident occurrence.
* Be responsible for Surveillance Center shift attendance.
* Provide coaching to EPM engineers of any new requirement / Process implementation.
* Suggest to Front Office Manager for any improvement / tool for Operational improvement if needed.
* Prepare Major Incident Report.
* Ensure focus on improving customer perception and development plans for all staff.
* Ensure Individual Performance Management is conducted for all personnel in line with global HR directives
* Best practices are applied to daily delivery
* Making best use of team resources to achieve required availability, SLA and KPI
* Technical support for EPM engineers including in-depth analysis of RF related network problems through BSS 2nd line operations
* Coaching new team members and Team shift schedule handling
* Organizing special events handling plan in terms of resources, ways of reporting, reports frequency & the reporting tools
* Auditing technical reports used by the team to validate output data
* Network Benchmarking reports to identify KPIs tuning process progress and Monthly Network analysis Reports

You will bring

* Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
* At least ‎7 years of experience in the Telecom Industry within Operation & Maintenance Implementation / integration / operation / support or service Environment.
* Experience in 4G LTE,RF, Optimization and Automation skill.
* Good knowledge and understanding of Mobile network E2E GSM, WCDMA, Core, VAS and IPBB, network topology, its traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.
* Good knowledge of Core CS, Core PS, IPBB, IP Security & VAS network performance KPIs, ETOM, MSTOP, ITIL and Ericsson Leadership Framework.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer Relationship Management skills
* Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
* Network service / performance focused.
* Focused on continuous improvement and increase effectiveness with knowledge and prior experience in deploying Six Sigma.
* Deep understanding of the MS delivery business requirements and Ericsson Service, service providers / operators' business requirements.
* Delivery Portfolio for Managed Services and Hosting.
