The Omnichannel insight manager will be the single point of transformation and
orchestration, driving the design and implementation of the omnichannel
strategy, experience design and management capabilities, across Egypt. This
role will interact with the marketing team and medical team to address gaps in
patient journey and strategic product priorities and opportunities in order to
create omnichannel strategy , sequence and track commercial channels KPIs
Key Accountabilities
* Co create with marketing and medical team their customer omnichannel strategies, experience design, plan & priorities, and value adding channels that best address their business objectives and strategies.
* Define and manage customer facing channels for out top strategic brands.
* Orchestrate omnichannel engagement programs across categories, leverage global best practices, and guide program owners (like marketing, medical, commercial), teams' execution, and CX counsel CCMF, MD, Pfizer digital (enablement) & GCO (operations) collaboration to ensure engagement quality, and cross-categories performance.
* Track progress, identify key learning and measure impact in order to guide optimization, innovation, and evolution of current channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bsc degree, advanced degree a plus.
* 3 + Years Pharmaceutical experience, and experience in Marketing and/or Sales roles, Multichannel/Digital Marketing
* Proven track record of successful development & implementation of digital marketing / brand plans /business plans
* Understanding of the key drivers to satisfy customer needs using digital and non-digital platforms.
* Strong track record of working collaboratively across different functions.
* Strong strategic, analytical capabilities and strong team management skills
