Our client, a global education player is seeking a Finance Manager to handle
all financial operations for a newly created international education facility
located in Cairo. This company is responsible for providing premium
educational services across the globe
Reporting to the Group CFO, your objective in this role is to:
* You will lead all financial operations for the entire school facility, while being a liaison between teachers and administrative personnel's
* Responsible for handling all international tuition funds, payroll and pension related functions
* Effectively advising on compliance with local tax legislation's, foreign currency and education policies
* Ensure the impact of financial strategy and management that directly impacts on educational outcomes for students
* You will be the main point of contact between the Group CFO, board members and local tax authorities, including the ministry of education
* Monitor incoming international funds for tuition, monthly school budgets and expense reports
* You are responsible for ensuring all bank accounts, credit cards and reconciliations for the school are all accounted for
You bring 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Group Finance
Director within a local or international education sector
Experience working with the Ministry of Education & legal authorities locally
is preferred Previous experience managing financial operations for an
international education school is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & related ERP software
