Job Description


SEGULA Technologies are looking to employ a dedicated Administrator Officer
who is happy to support the Egyptian team's ongoing growth in the automotive,
rail, aerospace & defense, energy, life sciences, and marine sectors.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role offers the right candidate the
opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the Business Development
Manager and the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks :
* Perform a variety of planning and administrative duties including task follow up, producing documents and correspondence, taking minutes and other related tasks as required.
* Provide administrative support through calendar management, arranging meetings, organizing travel arrangements, reconciliation and processing of expenses and organizing general events of the Business Development Managers
* Perform a variety of data collection and analysis activities that require MS Office and collaboration tool skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint creation and Bluescape
* Be in regular contact with the Business Development Managers and the Managing director

* Effective time management
* Highly organized and able to multi-task
* Fluent in English and Arabic
