Customer Manager - Ruminants

Job Description
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers,
understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work
collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting
our customer centric business model.
Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in the ruminant business plan and executing the assigned area plan both for pharma and intelligence sides.
* Establishment of long relationship with our strategic customers in the assigned area.
* Work hard to build customer loyalty for our company through building the concept of best animal health company.
* Works as one team with his/her colleagues to achieve the goals of the business unit and the entire organization as well.
* Participate in setting of area business objectives and promotional plan.
* Managing business issues with the potential customers in his/her area.
* Manage both sales and collection of his/her business area to keep the best performance for both pharma and intelligence business.
* Assist in the organization development and championing of the annual customer strategy and customer solutions and/or tactics.
* Understand and represent the consumer perspective through a CRM approach, linking customer information, product/service strategies and translate into achievable business.
* Liaise with all stakeholders and supportive functions (regulatory, supply, warehouse, ….) to achieve goals and targets.
* Liaise with regional teams to get support and required information to reach goals and get maximum customer support.
Requirements and qualifications
* Bachelor 's degree of veterinary medicine
* Deep knowledge of animal health market
* Wide-ranging and sound communication skills
* Experience of working collaboratively in a team
* Proven customer focus using technical skills
* Well understanding and ability to apply the intelligence part and solving issues belonging to it as well.
* ‎3 - ‎5 years' experience with high performance records in the same field.
* Good digital and computer skills
* Good presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze and identify opportunities.
