Required for a Europian Leading company an "Assistant Maintenance Manager

Manager: Maintenance Manager
Summary: As back-up for the Maintenance Manager your task is to perform and
optimize all planning activities for the operations and maintenance crew.
Orders spares and manages and optimize inventory. Support Maintenance Manager
in Reporting and continues improvement activities on-site. As Assistant
Maintenance Manager you are potentially the first in row to succeed the
current Maintenance Manager.
Key activities:
* Back-up for Maintenance Manager in case of absence.
* First person in line for following up Maintenance Manager position.
* Reporting.
* Spare parts supply management.
* Trainer for the Maintenance Team.
* Monitor stock levels.
* Inventory control and management.
* Purchasing and ordering spare parts and maintenance related services.
* Make sure required materials are on site when needed.
* Quality control of received parts.
* Review stock levels proactively.
* Tools and office supplies management.
* Overall issues with inventory, like authorization and security.
* Optimize system performance
* Communicate and train airport staff on correct use of system.
Work pattern:
* Day time and 24/7 escalation level in case of emergency.
Profile Description:
In order to be able to fulfill above summarized task in an effective and
efficient way, the applicant must at least meet the following criteria:
* Technical University Degree Electrical Engineering or similar.
* Experience with material planning and inventory management.
* Planning capabilities concerning maintenance and personnel.
o Ability to work with and manage a computerized maintenance management system
o Ability to read technical drawing / locate parts in system.
* Ability to make material planning.
* Excellent spoken and written skills in Arabic and English - True Motivator and Communicator.
* Can do and manage:
o Optimize Spare Parts Management System
o Make, Understand and Optimize Technical Reports
o Administration of used spares.
o Timely replenishment of spares.
o Stock level management.
o Order processing.
o Supplier management and communication.
* Quality control of inbound spares.
* Applicants with a permanent visa for Saudi Arabia are preferred. In case, the applicant does not have a permanent visa for Saudi Arabia, it is the responsibility of the applicant to arrange this as soon as possible. Our Industries and our Sponsors will support in this.
