OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Follow and support subcontractors / Alstom Installation team to make them
implementing for the project Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
rules and procedures that comply with the Alstom Quality requirements for all
technical and operational matters and interfaces in connection with their
scope of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality Assurance and Quality Control rules and procedures are in place in the subcontractors' organizations to the satisfaction of Alstom.


• Ensure of adequate level of quality for FAT, Equipment Installation, Test & commissioning.


• Problem solving, prevent occurrence of potential defects


• Prevent of occurrence of Cost of Non Quality (CONQ)


• Follow, support subcontractors to obtain Quality Plan and procedures complying with Alstom requirements.


• Review MEP works & equipment installation method statements and ensure that MS complied with Alstom & customer Requirements.


• Prepare Quality control plan with all tests, inspections, evidences required.


• Ensure that subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to the QC plan, ensure of correct filling of inspection sheets and availability of all laboratory testing certificates


• Close quality follow-up for the site works.


• Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis.


• Review handover file from subcontractor before submission to the Client.


• Prepare the pre-commissioning plan with lists of control sheets for every item, of documents to be provided to the Client before starting T&C like e.g. drawings, OEMs, supplier documentation).


• Ensure that mark-up of As-Build drawings is correctly done.


• Ensure that rules for changes during execution are well known and implemented


• Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place.


• Manage all interfaces with the Client for all Quality issues, do regular visits on site.

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree of engineering

EXPERIENCE

‎2-‎3 years of experience & QA/QC experience is required
