Shall have a bachelor's degree Civil/Electrical in Engineering from a
recognized university and at least ten (10) years experience in QA/QC of
substation infrastructure Development Construction works. He should have a
minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience. Previous experience in Saudi
Arabia or the Middle East is preferable. The candidate shall be fluent in
written and spoken English. Should be able to develop QA/QC Plan and ITP Plan.
Should have Attested certificate so that we can register in Saudi Council
