Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Sales Logistics
Customer advisor f/m" to join our team in this role, you will work closely to
coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:
* Handle customer inquiries (logistics, price claims…),
* Submit offers to customers and follow-up,
* Handle and follow-up of customer orders,
* Handle customer claims, quantities….,
* Cooperation with Customer Supply chain team Africa and sales team,
* Coordinate clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods,
* Full support and assistance to all Bosch customers,
* Handling and follow-up of customer orders,
* Data management (including electronic orders),
* Accurate documentation raised for the various processes,
* Continuous attention to allocated customers' backorders and credit limits,
* Facilitate financial processes e.g. goods returns, and customer credits,
* Set up and produce reports pertaining to the SLC functions as required,
* Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed.

Qualifications

Education:
* University degree in business administration, logistic or equivalent,
* Fluent in English.
Experience:
* ‎3-‎5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company or in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Skills:
* Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP experience an advantage),
* Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus,
* Strong coordination skills & target orientation.

* Task identity - Responsible for the O2C process, i.e. from order entry until receipt of customer's payment
* Task significance -role in the facilitation of the core function of Aftermarket Automative, i.e. selling the AA parts, diagnostics and workshop services, offering innovative and optimised solutions for all distribution levels and driving ultimate customer satisfaction in order to achieve repeat business
* Autonomy -Front-and back office activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Feedback - Regular KPI measurement provides feedback on topics including order status, logistics performance, customer satisfaction, etc.
