Responsibilities:
o Maintain and complete the updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the
system.
o Analyze and gather data for requests ensuring the correction of
specifications
o Wide market research for new vendors
o Liaison of petty cash with accounts payable
o Issue Purchase Orders and cash requests by verifying specifications and best
price
o Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that
have been rescheduled.
Qualifications:
o 2 Years' experience in local Market General Purchasing
o Relevant Bachelor degree
o Good command of English
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Negotiation Skills
o Good knowledge of Microsoft office
