Role purpose:
Ownership of the Candidate Experience management, end to end Resourcing
process management for technology lateral hiring in India . Responsible for
Resourcing Operation administrative tasks
* Connect & work with Recruiting managers and Business stakeholders for execution of hiring plan
* Execute hiring plan across verticals
* Responsible for end to end candidate experience management.
* Taking care of Interview coordination and candidate feedback management through ATS.
* Create and manage candidate interview tracker and report to ensure for audit governance.
* Ensure required documents, approvals etc are maintained properly for monthly audit purpose.
* Taking care of BGV process & pre-onboarding activities.
* Managing communication with the candidates and hiring Manager on the day of Onboarding.
* Manager post offer candidate engagement activities.
* Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner

* Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Attention to detail (zoom in) and high level understanding of effective Resourcing process.
* Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
* University degree
* German language proficiency (C1/C2)
* Fluent in English
* ‎1 to ‎2 years' experience in managing recruiting process in a Corporate environment.
