Conceptualising and realising ideas through their comprehensive use of
language and the written word. The have the ability to think in a holistic way
about how an idea comes to life through all creative channels of a consumer
experience. The Senior Copywriter develops narrative spaces, language and copy
in short form, copy-shots and long form to establish the tonality of ideas.
They mentor the copywriter team members and encourage learning and synthesis
across the writing team

Job Description:
* Develops concepts and collaborates with the production team as needed.
* In partnership with a Junior Art Director/Art Director/Senior Art Director develop and present layouts and concepts to creative directors for approval.
* Works with other agency departments as necessary.
* Develops written executions for all assigned brands/projects.
* Writes copy focused on accomplishing clients' established goals, whether they are brand awareness, driving conversions or introducing new products or services.
* May participate in creative discussions to determine the direction of campaigns.
* Attends photo shoots to learn by watching and working with more senior creatives; with the goal of being responsible for future photo shoots as necessary.
* Presents concepts to other departments if necessary and revises concepts according to comments.
* Updates recommendations based on any client comments and shares approved recommendations with all departments.
* Meets with project management to review work in progress and selects desired concepts.
* Submits work to senior leadership for review and approval.
* Proofreads all materials from initial submissions to final work
* Attends client presentations and may contribute in selling concepts.
