As an IT Technical Engineer you'll be responsible for maintaining IT services
in middle East and Africa sites.

What you'll do
* Contribute Technical knowledge and skills to the EMEA Regional IT squad, ensuring solutions of high technical global IT standard and that the services in scope run smooth technically.
* As member of the squad, responsible for the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity, and availability of the services in scope of the EMEA Regional Servies Squad.
* Where identified, bring local IT processes in alignment to global processes.
* Responsible for maintaining the onsite servers, racks, printers, computers, hardware assets with alignment of respective squads etc
* Take ownership of incidents from creation to resolution, proactively providing status and progress updates to users
* Manage user expectations regarding supplier support
* Ongoing maintenance of Knowledge Base, SOPs, IT infrastructure documentation, in line with business' standards
Your qualifications
* Good knowledge of Operating systems and network devices
* 3 + years in an IT environment in Infrastructure & Technology with focus on IT services.
* A relevant IT degree or Tertiary qualifications
* Open, curious, and innovative mindset
* Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and correct problems
