Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for gathering
feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be
successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work
with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
Ultimately, you'll help us roll-out products that deliver our company's
vision.
Responsibilities
* Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems and presenting those ideas to stakeholders.
* Translating product managers ' strategies to tasks for development.
* Defining product features according to customer needs.
* Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
* Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
* Set sprint goals
* Grooming and prioritizing product and sprint backlog items.
* Coordinate between responsible stakeholders or team members, to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
* Identifying areas of improvement.
* Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
* Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
* Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
* Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company strategy.
* Keep track of industry and technology trends.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or any related field
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
* In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
* UI/UX background is a plus
* Software development background is a plus
* Excellent research and computer skills
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English
