The Product Owner maximises value by delivering the product vision and
defining the epics and user stories to work on, owning, defining and
prioritising the product backlog of the squad and accepting deliverables at
the end of each sprint.The Product Owner represents the business stakeholders
and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular
business purpose.Typically reports to the Tribe Lead.
1. Research and analyze market & competitors
2. Keep track of industry trends
3. Define product vision, roadmap & growth opportunities
4. Collaborate with technical, UI/UX teams and ither stakeholders to align
product roadmap and strategic goals
5. Prioritize stories and epics to work focuses on those with maximum value
that are aligned with product strategy .
