What you 'll do
* Improve the concept of patient centricity, by driving a strong understanding of the patient journey and the difficulties that are relevant to AZ scope and portfolio
* Work with Marketing Team into the Core Marketing Frameworks And scope of work to ensure agility & lead with collaboration with Marketing in all patient's communications, projects & solutions
* Know and stay abreast of developing trends in the industry, enabling continuous improvement and the ability to offer innovative solutions to the patient
* Develop innovative digital solutions that will transform disease self-management and patient outcomes
* Bring forward the patient's voice and experience in appropriate and balanced way across all disease areas in relevant TA
* Partner closely with the CFT to inculcate insights into robust patient journeys and brand strategy
* Participate in brand planning and brand team discussions to ensure the plans account for patient centric initiatives and advocacy opportunities demonstrating organization's needs
* Develop digital patient brand strategy & lead content creation across therapy areas
* Encourage and develop patient centric culture throughout the organization
* Develop appropriate important metrics to ensure AstraZeneca is having a positive and successful impact on patients and their outcomes whilst remaining adherent to our values, policies, and procedures
* Serve as the guide within local organization in building patient centricity capabilities and skills to find opportunities to improve value of resources in current and potential patient relation programs
* Work with the medical governance team to ensure accurate patient engagement policies
* Ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines and values
* Take ownership of patients / disease awareness channels & services
* Develop digital personas journeys, empowering patient groups towards a satisfactory patient journey
* Develop & lead patient support programs from awareness to wellness from patient perspective, ensure compliance & governance and supervise closely adherence
* Monitor patient behavior & analysis and patient value management
* Lead tactical digital plans specifically digital health solutions to ensure execution excellence
* Lead a team of patient educators across different therapy areas to ensure a 360 approach when it comes to patient education
* Coordinate with government authorities on disease awareness materials & patient initiatives

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial
screening:
* Bachelor 's degree of Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine or Relevant Fields
* Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in a multinational company with proven experience in project management oversight in the healthcare industry
* Digital experience is a must
* Proven track record in finding innovative Patient Solutions
* Strong Medical & Clinical background
* Leadership skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
