Responsibilities:
* Implement HCM & EC Payroll module as part of S/4HANA project.
* Full cycle SAP HCM & EC Payroll implementation across SAP project implementation lifecycle.
* Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
* Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
* Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
* Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
* Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
* Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
Qualifications required:
*
4-7 years of experience in On Premise payroll/EC Payroll
* Experience in KSA/GCC Payroll
* At least 2 or more end to end implementation projects and 3 or more support projects.
* Expertise in PCR and Schema is must
* Certification on HCM/EC Payroll
* Expertise in positive/negative time management
* Point to Point integration from EC to ECP
* BIB integration
* Experience on Payroll Control Center
* Knowledge on Employee Central and other SF modules
