As a member of the Oracle DBA Technical Support team, job responsibilities
include the demonstration of good communication skills (verbal and written) to
IBM clients and IBM management, timely updates for client situations, ability
to effectively manage multiple client situations, and grow technical product
knowledge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Oracle Database Administration (Install, configure and Backup & troubleshooting).
* Oracle Database Real Application Cluster.
* Oracle Data Guard & Active Data Guard.
* Oracle EXADATA Administration.
* Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.
* Oracle Database migration, patching and upgrade.
* Oracle performance troubleshooting & tuning.
