Job Description
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.
* Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
* Control and organize storage and inventory space.
* Ensures integrity of physical inventory and par levels; assists with physical inventory audits.
* Ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.
* Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
* Assist in defining staffing needs and allocate workload.
* Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
* Achieving a balance of "on the floor" presence and office time.
* Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
* Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Suppliers.
* Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes.
* Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.
* Identify operations needing development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures.
* Daily check of the quality of the product in Refrigerators, avoid any damage can happen to the products.
* Identifies and records defective merchandise.
* Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.
