Hiring a Warehouse supervisor for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practised by the team at all times.
* Supervise and control order picking, goods in, and goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
* Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
* Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
* Identify errors and eliminate the root causes.
* Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements.
* Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
* Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
* Control of Fork Lift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets.
* Manage Manpower resources effectively to support customer delivery requirements and also Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Update the KPI record on monthly basis.
* Supervise the warehouse team and manage the day to day warehouse operations.
Key Requirements:
* Diploma in Logistics or relevant field
* Proven and successful experience as a warehouse supervisor.
* Customer management skills.
* Outstanding time-management.
* Attention to details.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
