We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager based in Cairo. A
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a
similar role is required, together with excellent command of English and
Arabic. Candidate should be a team player and demonstrate agile ways of
working.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be part of the Marketing team of "Philip Morris Misr" and will report
to the eCRM & Web Manager.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-
depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals.
You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a
Digital project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to
collaborate effectively with various teams.
As part of the Digital team, the role of a Digital Project Manager is to
ensure all of the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and
handed over on time and on budget. You will be working closely and in
partnership with IT teams who will support in your deliverables.
More specifically you will:
* Provide end-to-end project management for CRM & Web.
* Ensure SEO optimization across all our owned web estates.
* Make sure PMI global brand guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures are implemented perfectly.
* Scope project requirements and prepare budget.
* Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
* Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
* Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
* Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
* Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
* Measure and analyze projects ROI.
* Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Other requirements:
* Technical Digital knowledge needed to be able to translate business needs into IT briefs.
* Proven work experience managing complex projects
* Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project or other.
* Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS is a plus
* Understanding of CRM, SEO, and familiarity to all kinds of reporting tools is a plus
* Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Communication and team management skills
