confectionery as well as packaging solutions for dry foods (e.g. bars, bakery

Aim of the role:
Providing Administrative Support to Syntegon Technology Egypt office.


Job Description

Functions:

* Admin Support: Flight tickets, Visa issuance, Hotel bookings; local transportation arrangements
* Purchasing of various office needs, maintaining vendor master Data file and following up on payments to suppliers.
* HR support: Associate vacation maintenance and Assistance in the selection phase for new candidates
* Events/Seminars and Exhibitions: Negotiate with exhibition organizers; contract approval; payment, choose booth design and decoration; Prepare invitation letters to participants. Organize the event entertainment; Book hotel rooms for participants
* Site Security and HSE documentation


Qualifications

Competencies
Required :
* University graduate
* Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Fluent in English language, German or French is an asset
* Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Organized
* Flexible and willing to develop.
