Admin Security And Facility Manager (world Class Factory)

Job Description
* Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
* Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
* Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
* Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
* Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
* Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
* Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
* Review reports on incidents and breaches
* Investigate and resolve issues
* Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
* Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
* Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
Job Requirements
* ‎8 to ‎10 years of experience in the same field
* Proven experience as administration manager
* Familiarity with facilities management principles
* Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
* Experience in Housekeeping field
