As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation
of marketing plans, advertising and promotion for respiratory asthma products.
You will be responsible for drawing proposals for packaging, pricing,
forecasting and expenses and following-up with sales forces to ensure the
proper implementation of the approved plans. You will also be involved in
future new launches in the asthma-specific disease area.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to
progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Prepare marketing/business plans for assigned strategic products, covering all promotional mix elements.
* Ensure the implementation of the plan on the use of promotional material and messages in the field by regular follow-up with the sales force.
* 50 % field activities including speaker 's engagement and activities agreement with medical societies.
* Design Digital Marketing plans and create content relevant to Therapy Area/ Brand Strategy in alignment with CommOps.
* Accountable for Sales Forecasting: SFA & SFB for the assigned brand(s)
* Support with key strategic projects for Seretide.
* Support FF/KAMs with the needed promotional content helping with account penetrations
* Align with cross-functional stakeholders for the assigned specialties / Brands.
* Prepare & conduct required products training modules for FF and ensure its periodical knowledge checking.
* Prepare & update required case studies to secure new product launches.
* Maintain an up-to-date and complete record of assigned product(s) and competitors
* Evaluate new business opportunities and make appropriate recommendations to the brand manager.
* Prepare necessary materials for cycle meetings and training courses.
* Prepare regular reports to the Brand manager e.g. highlight report, feedback reports, scientific office visit reports and field visits reports.
* Ensure activities compliance through implementation of MM periodically.
* Recommend new vendors & test their offering with procurement to have modern promotional approaches.
* As a BO, he/she should secure TPO for business related vendors, create a vendor number & manage / monitor vendors' performance.
