Job Accountabilities:
* Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project.
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Review the project scope and accordingly develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress. While keeping in mind the specified time and the given budget.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
* Provide regular weekly reports showing the status of the project on-hand.
* Project hand over to concerned stakeholder.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Manage vendors, partners, delivery schedules and follow up with responsible parties on related issues.
* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
* Handle all assigned customer requests within the agreed project plan.
* Meet with projects stakeholders as a group and as individual to follow up on project progress, give direction and feedback.
* Conduct post-project evaluation.
* Abide by the company/Department processes.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management.
* Certifications: PMP or Prince2
